A little about Chris:

  • Chris offers one-to-one therapy in person and online, working with people from all walks of life to explore relationships, identity, anxiety, addiction and more.
     

  • He is the founder of both Men’s Therapy Hub (coming mid-2025) and M-Path – two organisations focused on actively engaging more men and boys in improving their emotional wellbeing.

  • Before retraining as a therapist, Chris spent over a decade as a BBC journalist and documentary maker, telling human stories and challenging unhelpful ideas around masculinity and mental health.

  • Today, he combines that storytelling expertise with therapeutic insight – offering not only therapy, but also public speaking, workshops and advocacy work across the UK and internationally.

 

  • He's the author of the 2017 book 'Be a Man' focusing on the lasting implications of macho culture on men and boys.

 

  • Chris is passionate about supporting men in particular – helping them connect more deeply to themselves and those around them.
